TIME & PRIORITY MANAGEMENT

Time is truly a non-renewable resource; once it's spent, it's gone. This interactive workshop will provide you with tools to help you decide what to do and when to do it so you can re-gain control over your workday (and your life).

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, frontline staff, supervisors, and managers will be able to:

- Explore their relationship with time & personal priorities

- Identify common "time wasters" and interruptions in the work environment

- Analyze whether they waste other people's time unintentionally

- Apply strategies for effectively managing time, including:

- Determining important vs. urgent matters (proactively)

- Using quick decision-making system (reactively)
